Connected Experience

The connected system acts as the real-time bridge between the guest and your operations, syncing the guest's phone directly to the DrinkSmart+ POS/hub. The moment a guest places an order and a tab is opened, that data instantly populates on your staff's screen. By linking these two environments into a single, continuous live session, the system completely eliminates communication delays, automates order tracking, and improves customer service.

Integrated Assistance

When a guest authorizes an emergency contact, participating partners can initiate an automated alert directly from the DrinkSmart+ platform.

The dashboard only unlocks while the guest is checked in. One tap sends a secure notification; the contact acknowledges and gets a live map to the guest. Staff never see the contact's private details, only that the alert went through.
